What is the Arizona ESA?

The Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) is a state program, administered by the Arizona Department of Education, that gives families state education funds to spend on approved educational expenses — including tutoring, curriculum, and other learning services — outside of a public school setting.
