Arizona ESA
Using your ESA for tutoring, made simple.
Nicole is an approved Arizona ESA vendor. If your family uses an Empowerment Scholarship Account, high-quality tutoring can be one of the most valuable ways to invest those funds.
What is the Arizona ESA?
The Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) is a state program, administered by the Arizona Department of Education, that gives families state education funds to spend on approved educational expenses — including tutoring, curriculum, and other learning services — outside of a public school setting.
Who qualifies?
Arizona’s ESA program is open to students who are eligible to attend an Arizona public school. Families apply through the Arizona Department of Education, sign the program contract, and — once approved — receive funds in an account they manage for their child’s education.
How families use ESA funds
- Apply and get approved through the Arizona Department of Education (ADE).
- ESA funds are made available for approved educational expenses.
- Choose your services — tutoring with an approved vendor is an eligible expense.
- Payments are handled through ClassWallet, the platform Arizona uses for ESA purchases.
How payment works
As an approved ESA vendor, Nicole can be paid through ClassWallet. Depending on how your account is set up, that typically means either paying Nicole directly through ClassWallet or submitting for reimbursement — whichever your ESA account supports. During your free consultation, we’ll walk through the exact steps for your situation so there are no surprises.
